Writing of all kinds has been Zanna's passion, and in some cases, her livelihood. She has authored numerous business reports and in-house manuals of all sizes as part of her consulting practice in information systems; articles on information systems, ergonomics, organizational psychology, and more recently, about healthy coping with loss. Ghost-writing has been a natural part of her free-lance writing: scholarly works based on the listed authors' research; books in honor of someone; and other shorter pieces. She also writes poetry, short stories, articles on any subject which interests her, nonfiction and literary fiction.
Surrounded by writers as a child, Zanna was encouraged with her various projects from a young age. In addition to university study, writers conference and retreats, she finds the best way to refine her writing is to read well-written books, receive and give critique with other authors, and continue creating and editing, always listening to the words for simplicity, clarity and beauty.
